At JioYoga, we pour immense intent, research, and passion into every product we design. Our goal is to exponentially elevate your practice through superior craftsmanship. However, we also deeply understand that shopping online comes with the inability to touch, feel, and test a product physically. Personal preference in weight, texture, and size is paramount in wellness gear.
Therefore, if you receive a product and it does not resonate with you—if it doesn’t feel like an undeniable upgrade to your current setup—we offer a comprehensive, straightforward 30-day return policy. We want you to feel entirely confident and secure every time you place an order with us.
Standard Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund returned to your original method of payment, the following criteria must be strictly adhered to:
- Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within thirty (30) days from the exact date your tracking link indicates the package was successfully delivered to your address.
- Condition of Goods: The item must be in entirely unused, pristine, resalable condition. Maps must not show signs of sweat, scuffing, or practice wear. Clothing must remain unwashed and unworn (aside from initial try-on).
- Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and eco-friendly wrap materials must remain attached and intact. We rely on this to safely process and restock items to reduce waste.
Please note: Intimate items such as used water bottles or personalized/monogrammed equipment are strictly final sale for hygienic and custom reasons.
The Step-by-Step Return Process
We have streamlined our return procedure to be as frictionless as possible. Simply follow these steps to secure your refund or exchange:
Send an email to returns@jioyoga.com containing your full name, original order number (format #JY-XXXXXX), and the specific reason for your return. If the item is defective, please attach clear photographs.
Within 24 business hours, our customer care team will review your request. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a printable, prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders) and detailed packing instructions.
Securely package the item using its original protective covering to prevent transit damage. Clearly write your RMA number on the designated section of the return slip included in your email. Drop the parcel off at the nominated carrier location.
Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 hours. Pending approval of the item's condition, your refund will be automatically triggered. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, was severely damaged during shipment, or simply is not the item you ordered, please forgive us! While our warehouse teams operate with immense precision, human error and transit shocks occasionally occur.
In these rare instances, please contact us immediately upon unboxing. We will forcefully bypass the standard return timing and dispatch a replacement to you via express, overnight shipping at absolutely zero cost to you (including covering the entire cost of return shipping for the defective unit). Your seamless practice experience is our top priority.
