My name is Yogesh Kumar. When I was just 15 years old, one night I suddenly experienced severe stomach pain around 2 AM. At first, I thought it was just gas or indigestion and that it would pass. But as the hours went by, the pain only grew worse. By 3 AM, it had become unbearable—I was restless, vomiting, and for the first time in my life, I felt a pain so intense that I thought it might be the end.

Terrified, I woke my mother. Seeing me in such agony, she rushed me to a nearby private hospital. There, they gave me an injection and glucose. Within 30 minutes, the pain disappeared—but the hospital charged my mother ₹2000 for that short treatment.

For my parents, who earned just ₹250 a day, that amount was huge. Later, I learned that the pain was due to a stone in my urinary tract. That night changed my life forever. I realized: if such a small health issue could cause so much pain and financial burden, what would happen if I ever faced something more serious, like a heart problem? Would I survive if we couldn’t afford treatment?

This thought shook me. I shared my worries with a close friend, and he told me:
“If you want to keep your body and mind healthy, start practicing yoga and build a better lifestyle. Otherwise, sooner or later, disease will catch you—and not only will you lose your health, but also everything you earn in life.”

That very day, the seed of this brand was planted. I committed myself to yoga and a healthy lifestyle.

It has now been 17 years since that incident, and in all this time I have never needed to take a single medicine from a doctor. Today, I am sharing this knowledge and my journey with the world—through yoga and natural products, helping people live healthier, disease-free lives.
